Return Policy for Gela Product
1. General Conditions for Returns
• Returns will only be accepted for products that present manufacturing defects or damage during transport.
• Returns of products that have been opened or used will not be accepted, except in cases where it is proven that the product arrived in poor condition.
2. Product Conservation Requirements
• Gela should be stored in the refrigerator to ensure its quality. It is also possible to freeze it if it is not going to be used in the short term.
• If the product was not stored according to these instructions, returns will not be accepted.
• In case of return, the customer must present proof that the product was properly preserved, such as photographs of the state of conservation at the time of receipt.
3. Deadline for Requesting Refund
• The customer has a period of 7 business days from receipt of the product to report any incident related to it.
• After this period, claims will not be accepted.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
• To start the return process, the customer must send an email to info@gelasynkro.com with the following information:
• Order number.
• Description of the problem.
• Photographs of the product and its original packaging.
5. Resolution and Available Options
• Once the request is received, the customer service team will evaluate the situation and determine if the refund is applicable.
• If applicable, the client may choose to:
• Receive a replacement product.
• Request a refund of the amount paid.
